Join us for the day to help celebrate Bear (Muin) hibernating for the Winter.  We will be holding the Bear Feast ceremony on Sunday, November 8th.  We will start to gather at 12 noon.  The ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM.  A circle will be formed and the ceremony will begin.

If you should get to UNACC after the ceremony begins, we ask that you do not break the circle and just have a seat  in the chairs behind the circle.

Also, once the ceremony begins, we ask that there be no talking while the ceremony is taking place.

Due to the smoke detectors inside the Center, the pipe ceremony will need to be done outside the building.  If you take part in the pipe ceremony, please no talking, as each that are participating, are saying their prayers. Once the pipe ceremony is completed, we ask that you return inside the building and rejoin the circle.

Women should plan on wearing a long skirt to cover your legs.

Smudging will be available as you come into the Center.

Please, bring your hand drums and rattles.

Following the Bear Feast ceremony, we will host a potluck dinner.  Please, bring a dish to share.  (No bear meat, please)

All are welcome to this event.  Please, be respectful.  If you have questions, they can be asked after the ceremony. (or prior to the Bear Feast at one of the meetings)
